Please read these terms carefully before using or accessing this site. By using or accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. The MILLENNIUM CLINIC may amend these terms at any time and all amendments will take effect immediately on posting of the amended terms. You should also refer to the privacy policy for users.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND THE MILLENNIUM CLINIC

The Perfume Connection makes no warranty that:
a) the Site will meet your requirements;
b) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Web Site will be accurate or reliable;
d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Web Site will meet your expectations; and
e) any errors in the Web Site will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Web Site is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from The MILLENNIUM CLINIC or through or from the Web Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated. If under any law any terms, conditions or warranties which apply to the supply of goods or services through the Site cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified then those terms, conditions and warranties apply to the extent required by that law. Except as expressly stated in the terms of use, conditions and warranties that would otherwise be implied are excluded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree that The MILLENNIUM CLINIC, its related corporations and the employees and agents of each is not liable for any damages, economic or other loss or damage whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary and even if The MILLENNIUM CLINIC has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of any breach of any implied or express term, condition or warranty or suffered as a result of the negligence of any of them (including without limitation loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses) or in respect of:
a) the use of, or the inability to use the Web Site;
b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into via or from the Web Site;
c) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
d) statements or conduct of any third party on the Site; or
e) any other matter relating to the Site or products ordered through the Site.
To the extent permitted by law The MILLENNIUM CLINIC liability for any breach of a condition or warranty which must be implied into the terms of use by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) is limited to:
in the case of goods supplied by The MILLENNIUM CLINIC to any one of the following at our option:
a) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
b) the repair of the goods;
c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
d) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
in the case of services supplied by The MILLENNIUM CLINIC to any one of the following at our option:
e) the supplying of the services again;
f) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
TRADE MARK INFORMATION
The MILLENNIUM CLINIC Web Site may appear trade marks of third parties (the Trade Marks). You agree not to display or use or link to the Trade Marks in any manner without prior permission from The Perfume Connection or the relevant third party owner.

This site contains links to sites of third parties. Those sites are not under the control of The MILLENNIUM CLINIC and The MILLENNIUM CLINIC is not responsible in any way for the contents of any linked site. The links are provided for your convenience only and the existence of the link does not imply any endorsement of the linked site by The MILLENNIUM CLINIC. Any link by you to a third party’s site is done at your own risk. The MILLENNIUM CLINIC is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. This site also contains advertisements for third parties (including banner ads or other types of advertisements). Those advertisements may also contain links to other sites controlled by third parties. Any third party pays for its advertising on this site and The MILLENNIUM CLINIC does not recommend or endorse any products or services offered by its advertisers. The indemnity is this clause extends to and covers your breach of these terms.

If you send any information to us whether by email or in any other form, then we have the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of or publicly display any materials or other information that you submit. This right extends to any ideas you might send us in regard to new or improved products or services.

All transactions are in Australian currency.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
At MILLENNIUM CLINIC, we strive to be as accurate as possible in all product descriptions however we do not guarantee our descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free. The information, pricing and descriptions are thus subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to cancel any orders associated with an error.
Please note that any product bottles shape/size/features may vary depending on size or type (EDTS, EDPS etc) or may be completely changed/updated over time. We can only display one picture per for any particular product in our description and thus refunds/exchanges cannot be given on such grounds where the product displayed differs to the one you have received.
Please understand that typographical errors may arise and that colours/shapes may vary from monitor to monitor. If you feel you have received a product that is not as described, please contact us as solved@millenniumclinic.com.au for warrant on an exchange/refund.
ORDERING
To order, simply browse throughout our extensive selection and add your desired products into your basket. You may update the item quantity, remove an item or add any additional items into your basket at any given time. You will be prompted if a product is not available in the desired quantity. If you cannot find a particular product you are looking for, please email us at solved@millenniumclinic.com.au and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
Once you have completed your shopping, proceed to the Checkout page where you will be prompted to log into your existing account or to create an account for first time users. From here, please make you payment and confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing your unique order number.
Once we have processed and packaged your order, any dispatch or tracking details will be e-mailed to you immediately after your order has been sent.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
MILLENNIUM CLINIC accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa.
If you have an objection to any of these payment methods, please email us solved@millennium clinic.com.au to we will try to arrange an alternative payment method.
We operate a NAB Transact Direct Post . When NAB Transact Direct Post is integrated, no credit card data enters, or is retained in, our environment. Payment card details are posted directly from your web browser to the NAB Transact payment gateway.
To clarify the stance of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) on the use of NAB Transact Direct Post and the impact it has on MILLENNIUM CLINIC compliance a formal clarification request was submitted to the SSC. The SSC indicated that since the MILLENNIUM CLINIC hosted payment page does not store, process or transmit cardholder data under normal circumstances, it should not be included in the scope of a PCI DSS assessment.
Our web site complies with PCI DSS. This means NAB Transact Direct Post any personal data (name, address, credit card information) which collect is fully encrypted and protected so it cannot be read or obtained by anyone on the internet.
We also accept credit card payments through Paypal™. Our registered PayPal™ address is sfirot@tpg.com.au We are PayPal™ Verified member. If your PayPal payment is funded by an e-cheque, this may substantially delay processing your order while payment clears.
Please note: MILLENNIUM CLINIC reserves the right to request further identification for additional security reference checks such as telephone/ID verification. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders made by customers who refuse to comply with our security reference checks.
DELIVERY
Domestic (within Australia) deliveries:
All items are professionally packaged and are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance, with the exception of weekends and public holidays where they will be dispatched on the next business day. Peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day. Mother’s/Father’s Day and sale periods may also cause further dispatch delay.
We offer delivery service provided by Australia Post. This service is charged at an Australia-wide flat rate of $6.95 per order up to 500 grams (which means the charge for sending a single item would be the same charge as sending an order with multiple items) and over 500gr may cost up to $16.25. All the postage fees will be confirmed by email. Transit times are detailed below :
- Melbourne Metro: 1 business day
- Sydney Metro: 2 business days
- Canberra Metro: 2 business days
- Adelaide Metro: 2 business days
- Brisbane Metro: 3 business days
- Perth Metro: 3-5 business days
- Darwin Metro: 3-5 business days
- Hobart Metro: 3-5 business days
- All other areas: up to 7 business days
The above delivery times given are a guide only and MILLENNIUM CLINIC will not be liable for any circumstance which may arise if delivery falls outside the delivery guide.
We highly recommend provide your work address or an address were you will be present to receive your delivery as a signature is required. Fragrance Heaven will not liable for any delays that arise for not being able to sign upon delivery.
If you require a delivery to a PO Box, your PO Box will be carded upon arrival and your parcel can be collected from your post office counter.
All goods are dispatched in compliance with Australia Post’s Dangerous Goods Policies. Our contract with Australia Post legally permits us to send Class 3 Dangerous Goods (perfume & fragrance) by approved road transport only.
Important note: Please be accurate when supplying delivery address details as MILLENNIUM CLINIC will not be liable for any charges associated with return and re-delivery charges, or be liable for any loss of products as a result of incorrect/insufficient delivery details.
INTERNATIONAL (WORLDWIDE ) DELIVERIES
MILLENNIUM CLINIC does not currently ship outside of Australia due to Dangerous Goods Policies.
RETURN POLICY
At MILLENNIUM CLINIC, we guarantee a full money back refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
The goods must be in the same condition in which you have received them
The goods must be unopened and unused/unsprayed
The goods must be returned with a valid receipt within 10 days of purchase
The customer is liable for any delivery charges associated with a refund/exchange
Please not we DO NOT refund/exchange for any issues associated with personal fragrance taste.
If you find a product to be defective once opened you will be provided with a full refund/exchange upon inspection. All defective items must be returned within 7 days, after which they will not be accepted.
For all returns, please email us at:solved@millenniumclinic.com.au with your name, email address, order number and reason for return. From here, we will inform you of a return address and any refund details
CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, due to the set-up of our payment gateway we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please select your products carefully.
OUT OF STOCK
All products featured on our website are subject to availability. On the rare occasion where a product ordered is out of stock once it has been paid for, you will be contacted immediately via email or telephone. You will then be given the option of refund, exchange or to place a product on back-order.
PRIVACY
Privacy and protection of any personal information is taken seriously at MILLENNIUM CLINIC. We do not sell, rent or distribute your personal information to third parties and comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988(Cth) incorporating the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth).
At MILLENNIUM CLINIC, security is our most important priority. We have invested heavily to ensure your shopping experience safe, secure and worry free. We operate a GeoTrust™ S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) security program for all our online transactions which guarantees your safety and security. This means any personal data (name, address, credit card information) which we collect is fully encrypted and protected so it cannot be read or obtained by anyone on the internet.
Credit Card Fraud
Although MILLENNIUM CLINIC employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and online transaction security, we will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
NOTICES
Notices must be in writing and may be given by hand, ordinary prepaid post, facsimile or email. A notice by us to you is taken to be duly given and received - • if delivered by hand, when delivered; • if delivered by prepaid ordinary post, on the second business day after posting; and • if delivered by facsimile, upon completion of transmission and receipt by the sender of the appropriate transmission report; and • if delivered by email, one business day after sending.
GENERAL
These terms are covered by the law in force in the State of NEW SOUTH WALES and the parties are to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NEW SOUTH WALES. If any of these terms is held by any court to be invalid, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
